Check-in 8:45 – 9:45 am + Welcome 9:45 – 10:00 am

• Plan to check-in at 8:45 a.m. at Wander Inn to get your name tag and settle in for the day.  Be sure to eat breakfast before you arrive, bring a refillable water cup, sunscreen, and the supplies you need for the workshops.  Click here for a complete packing list. 
• Make your way to the Lucky Star tent by 9:45 a.m. for a warm welcome and introduction to all the Lucky Star instructors, sponsors, and roadies.

10:00 am – 10:45 am  Workshop 1 :: Root Down to Rise Up with Tiffany Schreiner

• We will start the morning at the foot of the giant oak trees, visualizing their roots and branches as we stretch, set our intentions, and ground our bodies for the day.  This will be a gentle standing stretch and brief meditation followed by a bit of reflective listmaking.
• Bring a yoga mat, beach towel, or blanket

11:00 am – 12:00 pm  Workshop 2 ::  Alcohol Ink Coasters with Lisa Field

• We will all be together under the Lucky Star tent for this fun and colorful class.
• Please bring the following materials:  3-4 colors of alcohol inks, one metallic alcohol ink (optional), a few sheets of Yupo paper, and an apron and gloves to protect your hands and clothes from stains.  Tiles will be provided.

12:00 pm – 1:00 pm  Lunch catered by Local Roots Round Top

• On the menu – chicken salad on a bed of romaine lettuce served with a cut of homemade bread, carrot and celery sticks with homemade ranch dressing, homemade chocolate chip cookie, freshly brewed iced tea and raspberry lemonade (vegetarian option:  tortellini pasta salad)

1:15 pm – 2:45 pm  Workshop 3 (you will participate in one of the three workshops based on your choices & availability)

Group A :: Fresh Floral Crowns with Emily Jacks

• Design a wildflower crown fit for a gypsy queen! Join Emily on the porch of the Crown House for this fun floral design class.
• Please bring the following materials: floral shears (Emily’s favorites are Brussel’s Bonsai shears), one roll of 1/2” width green floral tape (Floratape, Oasis, Decora, or Honbay brands work great), and 1.5 – 2 yards of ribbon (1/4 – 1/2 inch width)

Group B ::  Zen Embroidery with Kathianne Williams

• For this class, meet upstairs in the living room of the Crown House.
• Please bring the following materials:  Scissors (sewing scissors are best),  one 5.5” x 5.5” square piece of thick denim fabric, 4-5 skeins of embroidery floss in a variety of your favorite colors

Group C ::  Junk Journals with Jennifer Perkins

• Meet in the Lucky Star tent for this super fun journal making class.
• Please bring the following materials:  Piece of scrap fabric (12”x 8” at least), glue stick, Tacky Glue,
  
  Fun colorful papers (especially papers you have painted/printed on and/or a pad of scrapbook paper)
  Optional but fun… old greeting cards/postcards, pompom trim, envelope with a clear window

3:00 pm – 4:30 pm  Workshop 4 (you will participate in one of the three workshops based on your choices & availability)

• BYOB + Local Roots famous BBQ and bacon deviled Eggs

6:30 pm – 7:30 pm  Dinner + Dessert catered by Local Roots Round Top

• On the menu – lemon Caesar salad with shredded grilled chicken, roasted red potatoes, homemade bread, chocolate fudge brownies, pecan cheesecake bars, lemon bars, fresh brewed iced tea, and water

7:45 pm – 9:00 pm  Live music around the campfire with Austin singer/songwriter and owner of Girl Guitar, Mandy Rowden!!!
