Lisa H. Field
Founder/Director
Lisa Field has spent her career creating beautiful landscapes and nourishing food as a landscape designer, organic gardener, and event planner. The soulful work she does in these roles shines through not only in the gardens she creates but also in her knack for the way she can make people feel by creating spaces and events that impact people’s lives.
In 2012, Lisa founded Lucky Star Art Camp for Women and for over 10 years has run the event for hundreds of women who travel to the Texas Hill Country to partake in creative classes, nourishing food, beautiful music, and so much more. Lucky Star has grown to be a thriving community of creative women who celebrate and support one another outside of just the week they spend together at camp.
Lisa is fueled by dynamic conversations, spending time at concerts and farmer’s markets, lake days, mountain trips, beach weekends, and spending time with her family and friends.
With over 30 years of business and marketing experience, Shawn has always been able to help companies connect their mission and vision to their daily tasks through her project management expertise. Her superpower is managing 1,000 details and making the deliverables feel completely seamless. Whether she is managing marketing campaigns, events, product launches or communication-related to acquisitions, Shawn sees to it that her clients and co-collaborators stay on track and on budget.
Shawn joined the Lucky Star team in 2022 to assist in the project management and marketing of the event. She is currently working toward her business and life coaching certifications while building the “Galaxy Women’s Collective” which provides coaching, events, and resources geared to help women in their businesses and to support their best life and purpose.

Graphic Designer
Gabrielle Stratmann’s creativity is boundless when she works with her clients to create custom illustrated branding. She has an amazing ability to understand her client’s goals and visual requests to create one-of-a kind artwork to be used in their marketing and branding campaigns. Gaby works with several clients and is also the CEO and Owner of her own creative companies, bug-eyedco.com and sourflowershop.com.
