Wine 101

Wine 101 is a fun class for every wine “level” where we’ll taste some wine with food pairings, and learn some things about wine:
Do you have to swirl it? Which wines need an aerator? What is an aerator, anyway?
We’ll enjoy wines from New Mexico’s award-winning Vivác and other American wineries – with videos about the growing process made especially for us, and tasting notes directly from the vineyards’ sommeliers, and when we’re done you’ll have the confidence and vocabulary to talk about wine, whether buying it at a store, or ordering it at a restaurant.
