Rockin' Roller Skating

Lace up your skates for some rockin’ rolling fun! Did you enjoy skating as a child? Then you would enjoy it as an adult, too! Maybe you have been thinking you want to learn how to skate. Now is a perfect time. I grew up roller skating (for fun and in competitions!) and recently started doing it again! It is so much fun and excellent exercise, too!


You don’t have to be “great” at skating to join this extra! Bring your skates and safety gear (i.e. helmet, pads) and a positive attitude! I will be providing instruction on some basic skating skills including going forward and backward, and how to stand up if you do fall down. If you are already steady on your skates, we can work on more advanced skills like transitions and dance skate moves! I will also have some basic tools in case your skates need a tune-up.
