Class Descripton
Welcome to “Intro to Welding and Torches”. In this class, I will introduce you to the art of gluing metal together. This is a beginner class and anyone can join! Each student will learn to weld on a small piece of metal and get an idea of how to use a welder. I will also teach you to use acetylene torches and you will create a beautiful metal rose that you get to take home with you. You will go home with a piece of metal with your first-ever welds and a beautiful forever rose.
Materials to Bring
- For this class, I will be providing all of the materials. However, to participate in my class you must wear closed-toe shoes, long pants, and long sleeves. Jeans are preferred as well as non-cotton shirts. Clothes that you do not love are advised. Safety is a priority, so you cannot participate if you do not follow these clothing guidelines.
