:: PLEASE READ AND REMEMBER :: There will be no refunds. If you must cancel for some unforeseen reason, you may transfer your spot to someone else, but we must be notified in writing of any changes. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, disaster, war or other acts of GOD, which would cause the event to be cancelled, Lucky Star Show & Tell, LLC reserves the right to reschedule the event. Lucky Star Show & Tell, LLC reserves the right to cancel any class that has not met the minimum number of students required for the class to “make”. If this happens, you will be contacted via email to choose another class, so it is a good idea not to purchase class supplies more than a month in advance.

I recognize that this is a contract and that it plainly expresses my intent to release prospective negligence claims and all other claims for personal injuries against Lucky Star Show & Tell, LLC, its members, employees and instructors regardless of the cause of any such injury.
