Lisa H. Field Founder/Director

Lisa Field has spent her career creating beautiful landscapes and nourishing food as a landscape designer, organic gardener, and event planner. The soulful work she does in these roles comes through not only in the gardens she creates but also in her knack for the way she can make people feel by creating spaces and events that impact people’s lives.

In 2012, Lisa founded Lucky Star Art Camp for Women and for over 10 years has run the event for 100 women who travel to the Texas Hill Country to partake in creative classes, nourishing food, beautiful music and so much more.

In 2023, she partnered with Shawn Stratmann and together they are building a multi-media production company, “Galaxy Women’s Collective” which provides events, tools, and education to help women connect to their best life and purpose.

With over 30 years of experience, Shawn has always been able to help companies connect their mission and vision to their daily tasks through her project management expertise. Her superpower is managing 1,000 details and making the deliverables feel completely seamless. Whether she is managing marketing campaigns, events, product launches or communication related to acquisitions, Shawn sees to it that her clients and co-collaborators stay on track and on budget.

Shawn joined the Lucky Star team in 2022 and officially became a Co-Owner and Business Partner with Lisa Field in 2023. Together they are building a multi-media production company, “Galaxy Women’s Collective” which provides events, tools, and education to help women connect to their best life and purpose.

Gabrielle Stratmann Graphic Design Artist

Gabrielle Stratmann’s creativity is boundless when she works with her clients to create custom illustrated branding. She has an amazing ability to understand her client’s goals and visual requests to create one-of-a kind artwork to be used in their marketing and branding campaigns. Gaby works with several clients and is also the CEO and Owner of her own creative companies, bug-eyedco.com and sourflowershop.com.
