Ashley is a born-and-raised Texan, realtor, and all-around creative who believes tamales just taste better when made with friends and family. She first learned the art of tamale-making through a treasured family recipe that’s been passed down for generations, and it quickly became one of her favorite traditions. Ashley has shared her love of tamales at Lucky Star Art Camp and even sold them on the side during fall and winter months while running a campground. For her, tamales are more than food—they’re a way to gather, laugh, and celebrate together.
