Intro to Cross Stitch

This beginner-friendly workshop will teach you everything you need to know to start cross stitching with confidence!

In class, you’ll learn how to read a counted cross stitch pattern, how to set up your project, and master the cross stitch. You’ll also get plenty of tips and tricks to make stitching fun and frustration-free.

Cross stitch is a satisfying, meditative labor of love. We’ll start stitching a quilt square-inspired design, created by your instructor, Jessie Katz Greenberg. While you won’t finish stitching the full pattern in class, you will leave with the skills (and supplies!) to complete your project on your own.

No experience needed. Just bring your curiosity and get ready to fall in love with counted cross stitch!

If you use a crafting light/magnifying light for small crafts you may find that helpful to bring to class.
