Brigitta Dau, Reiki Master, is offering 20-minute Reiki sessions designed to help you relax your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself.

Sessions can be enjoyed 1:1 or in a small group of up to four people. No meditation experience necessary, no special skills required, and no need to “clear your mind.” All monkey minds are welcome, promise.

Whether you’re already familiar with Reiki or simply curious, this is a lovely opportunity to pause, reset, and experience the restorative benefits of Reiki energy.
