Caftan for Friday night
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes Saturday
Sunscreen
Insect repellant
Refillable water bottle/cup
Rain gear, if needed
Yoga mat, beach towel, or blanket for Root Down to Rise Up (Saturday morning)
Yoga mat if you plan to do yoga Sunday morning
3-4 colors of alcohol inks, one metallic alcohol ink, and a few sheets of Yupo paper (these can be found at any craft store)
Apron and gloves to protect your hands and clothes from stains
Depending on which classes you take in the afternoon:
Zen Embroidery
Scissors (sewing scissors are best)
1-2 (5.5” x 5.5”) square piece(s) of thick denim fabric
Embroidery floss in a variety of your favorite colors
Fresh Floral Crowns
Floral shears (my favorites are Brussel’s Bonsai shears)
One roll of 1/2” width green floral tape (Floratape, Oasis, Decora, or Honbay brands work great)
1.5 – 2 yards of ribbon/lace/trim (1/4 – 1/2 inch width)
Junk Journals
Piece of scrap fabric (12”x 8” at least), glue stick, Tacky Glue,
Fun colorful papers (especially papers you have painted/printed on and/or a pad of scrapbook paper)
Optional but fun… old greeting cards/postcards, pompom trim, envelope with a clear window
