Class Descripton
Let’s gather together to paint your favorite recipe! Create a beautiful and frameable watercolor painting of your grandmother’s famous pie recipe, the dinner party recipe that everyone asks for, or just that one recipe that reminds you of home. We will use beautiful watercolor paints and simple techniques to create the ingredients used in your recipe. We will share why each of these recipes mean so much to us and you might even find your new favorite dish from a friend!
Materials to Bring
- Bring two recipe options to create your artwork
- Reference images of ingredients in your personal recipe (Pinterest is a great source)
- An empty watercolor palette (I recommend one with a closing top and some space to mix paints)
- Paintbrushes of various sizes. I will have some to share, but if you want to bring your own, any will work. These are my favorite
- Drawing utensils - colored pencils, pens, etc. I will also have some to share.
