Yoga with Mandy

Mandy Rowden’s yoga journey began with a 5-minute YouTube video and a personal declaration to keep an open mind, stay consistent, and take better care of herself. What began as a way to offset a sedentary touring musician’s lifestyle grew into a supplement to marathon training, an exploration into meditation, and an unquenchable lust for better-looking arms. For reasons ranging from the spiritual to the shallow, Mandy has taught yoga to musicians from Montana to Mexico and thoroughly enjoys a mix of hard work, humor, and all the good stuff that comes with taking care of our bodies, our mobility, and our minds.
