Class Descripton
Our bodies are incredible sources of wisdom. From birth we eat intuitively and have strong instincts. Over time, external forces such as cultural conditioning, life stressors, dieting, and more can disconnect us from our intuitive voice and our bodies’ important messages. In this Body Compass class, you will foster connection and compassion for the precious vessel you inhabit. Kathianne combines the latest scientific research in positive psychology, body image, and intuitive eating (based on interoceptive awareness) along with her 28 years of experience in behavior change, nutrition therapy, and life coaching to create this unique course. The class involves sampling practices such as guided meditation, breathwork, progressive muscle relaxation, journaling, creative self-care practices, a mindful eating experience, and more! The intention is to tune into your body compass and access the wisdom of your physical body. A strong connection with your body and your self in turn leads to a stronger connection with others and the world around you.
This course is for any woman who feels disconnected from her self and her body.
Materials to Bring
- Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, or beach towel, if possible.

- Kit includes a guided journal for use during and after the course. All other supplies will be provided.
