Gabrielle Jolie is an illustrator and ceramicist based in Portland, Maine. In 2026, she opened Fish Haus, a shop in Kennebunkport featuring her original artwork and playful collection of illustrated and oceanic goods.
Her signature hand-built and individually illustrated “Fish Dishes” are inspired by the rocky shores of coastal Maine, blending timeless elegance with a splash of whimsy. Gaby has since cast her creative net wider with tea towels, greeting cards, matchbooks, apparel, canvas bags, stickers, and other delightfully fishy finds.
When she isn’t making art, Gaby can usually be found drinking lattes, snuggling her dog, Mackerel, or heading off on an adventure with her husband, George.
